Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 4, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated December 26, 2023, and any efforts to enforce compliance with the subject subpoenas, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
