Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 24, 2023. The appeal by Reuven Langner was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant-respondent Congregation Shoneh Halochos to extend the time to perfect its appeal.
