Appeals from ten orders and judgments (one paper each) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 4, 2023, October 31, 2023, November 27, 2023, March 8, 2024, March 11, 2024 (two orders and judgments), March 9, 2024 (two orders and judgments), February 26, 2024, and February 27, 2024, respectively. Separate motions by the respondent Camba, Inc., inter alia, in effect, to consolidate the appeals. Application by the appellant 80 Lenox, LLC to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment dated October 31, 2023. Application by the appellant Rock-Park 94, LLC to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment dated November 27, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by the appellant 80 Lenox, LLC to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment dated October 31, 2023, is granted, and on or before September 11, 2024, the appellant 80 Lenox, LLC shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application by the appellant Rock-Park 94, LLC to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment dated November 27, 2023, is granted, and on or before October 11, 2024, the appellant Rock-Park 94, LLC shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
