On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated July 1, 2024 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 6, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the word "appellant" following the name "Jennifer Liranzo" and substituting therefor the word "respondent," deleting from the caption thereof the word "respondent" following the name "David Liranzo" and substituting therefor the word "appellant," and deleting from the first sentence thereof the name "Jennifer Liranzo" and substituting therefor the name "David Liranzo."
