Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 8, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay all administrative proceedings and any hearing before the respondent State Board for Professional Medical Conduct in connection with charges brought against the appellant, pending determination of an action entitled Doe v Khandker, pending before the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index No. 400284/2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
