ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the record to include the decision and order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 17, 2023, the pleadings filed in the proceeding pending under Family Court, Queens County, Docket No. NN-21794-2015, the orders issued by the Family Court, Queens County, in connection with Docket No. NN-21794-2015,
and Petitioner's Exhibits 1, 1A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 admitted into evidence in connection with Family Court, Queens County, Docket No. NN-21794-2015, are denied as unnecessary as that material is properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
