| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Manuel Reyes for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 6, 2022, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered February 15, 2019, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied as academic.
