ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 6, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 12, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the words "dated May 5, 2022" and substituting therefor the words "entered September 12, 2022."
