ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 17, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 31, 2023, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 16, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "November 25, 2024."
