Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 25, 2021. Motion by the respondents for leave to file a supplemental record containing certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a supplemental record containing certain material is granted, and on or before September 19, 2024, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the complaint with all exhibits appended thereto, an order dated May 5, 2020, issued in an action entitled NRT New York, LLC v 289 Parsonage Lane LLC, pending before the Supreme Court, Suffolk County under Index No. 624238/2018, the papers filed in support of the motion to vacate the order dated May 5, 2020, issued in the action entitled NRT New York, LLC v 289 Parsonage Lane LLC, pending before the Supreme Court, Suffolk County under Index No. 624238/2018, and an order dated April 29, 2021, issued in the action entitled NRT New York, LLC v 289 Parsonage Lane LLC, pending before the Supreme Court, Suffolk County under Index No. 624238/2018, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before September 19, 2024, the respondents shall serve and file their respondents' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
