Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 2, 2023. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated July 10, 2024, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by August 5, 2024. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
