Joshua I. Louis and Ann Total Construction, Respondents, v Bibi Truong, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 28, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before September 6, 2024; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before September 6, 2024, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellant in person.

No further extensions shall be granted.
