Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 21, 2022, which dismissed an appeal from the orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated January 21, 2022, and January 27, 2022, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to stay execution of the warrant of eviction.
