Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated September 18, 2023, which dismissed an appeal from the order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 5, 2023, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to stay execution of the warrant of eviction.
