Appeals and cross-appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 29, 2023, and October 4, 2023, respectively. Application by the defendant/third-party plaintiff-respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the defendant/third-party plaintiff-respondent-appellant to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross-appeals (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]), is extended, and the answering brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
