| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 12, 2020. Motion by Trevon C. Fergerson-Hopper, as administrator of the estate of Christine Bouknight, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Christine Bouknight, to amend the caption accordingly, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Christine Bouknight, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Trevon C. Fergerson-Hopper, as the administrator of the estate of Christine Bouknight, is substituted for the deceased respondent Christine Bouknight, the caption is amended accordingly, the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Christine Bouknight is vacated, and on or before September 23, 2024, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
