ORDERED that the decision and order of this Court dated July 10, 2024, which determined an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 18, 2023, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2024, which determined a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order issued upon the default of the appealing party, are recalled and vacated.
