ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated April 8, 2024, November 16, 2022, November 9, 2023, August 15, 2023, August 4, 2023, March 31, 2023, November 10, 2022, February 20, 2024, and January 17, 2023, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3, article 8, and article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
