Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 22, 2022, and October 27, 2021, respectively. Motion by the attorney for the child for leave to serve and file a second replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before September 9, 2024, the attorney for the child shall serve and file a second replacement brief in the form annexed to the motion papers as Exhibit A via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the second replacement brief and upload a digital copy of the second replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
