Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 7, 2003. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement appellant's brief on or before September 25, 2024, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement appellant's brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
