Appeal by Jayia R., and cross-appeal by Clifton C. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 24, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Harmon Lutzer, dated August 23, 2024, it is
