| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Ahmed Mohammed from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated September 26, 2023, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 3, 2024. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal from the order to be a notice of appeal from an unsigned transcript of the proceedings of the Family Court, Orange County, which occurred on December 13, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied (see Ojeda v Metropolitan Playhouse, Inc., 120 AD2d 717).
