| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 7, 2020, February 6, 2020 and July 6, 2021 (two orders), respectively. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals from the order dated July 6, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05637, inter alia, on the ground that the order does not affect a substantial right (see CPLR 5701[a][2][v]), and from the orders dated January 7, 2020, and February 6, 2020, in effect, on the ground that the record is insufficient. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 7, 2022, the motion was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. The appellant has not perfected the appeals, and the appeals have been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
CONNOLLY, J.P., MILLER, FORD and WAN, JJ., concur.
