DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 24, 2024, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated April 5, 2023, and to consolidate the above appeals. Separate motion under docket number 2023-1128 K C to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal under docket number 2023-1127 K C is granted on condition the appeal is perfected on or before September 27, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion under docket number 2023-1128 K C to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before September 27, 2024; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the two appeals (docket numbers 2023-1127 K C and 2023-1128 K C) is granted to the extent that appellant may serve and file an original and four copies of a single appellant's brief bearing both appeal numbers, and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time.
