Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenville, Orange County, rendered June 7, 2023. The appeal was dismissed by order of this court dated January 16, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit by appellant, setting forth potential merit to the appeal, within 30 days of the date of this order.
