Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 9, 2021, and a judgment of the same court entered June 2, 2021. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2022, the appellant was directed, inter alia, to serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement digital copies of the record and appellant's brief which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-04802 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-02671 on the covers. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time for the appellant to serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement digital copies of the record and appellant's brief which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-04802 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-02671 on the covers, is extended to October 4, 2024.
