Appeal from a memorandum decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 27, 2023. By order to show cause dated June 5, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground, inter alia, that no appeal lies a from decision.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
