ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from an order and a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated January 17, 2020.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellants have not served a subpoena upon the clerk of the court of original instance and filed proof of such service in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][2][i]), by each uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before October 7, 2024; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
