Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 12, 2023. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,
