| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2024. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as enjoined the defendant Hongyin Wang from practicing in the medical office located at 772 55th Street, #1, Brooklyn, NY 11220, until November 14, 2024, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or November 14, 2024, whichever occurs first, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before October 9, 2024, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
