Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 9, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Cross-motion by the respondent to impose sanctions upon the appellant and for an award of costs and attorneys' fees.
