Motion by respondent for leave to withdraw its brief previously submitted and to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 2, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's brief is deemed withdrawn, and the replacement respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 30 days of the date of this order; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant may, if so advised, serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the replacement respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion.
