Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated February 20, 2024, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered March 20, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
A trial was held on March 20, 2023, after which this small claims action was dismissed. Appellant's remedy is to appeal from the judgment dismissing the action.
