Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 15, 2020. Motion by the appellant to vacate the stay of the appeal, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 17, 2021, and for leave to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the stay is vacated, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
