Appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 6, 2024, and from the denial of an application to sign an order to show cause of the same court, which occurred on November 13, 2023, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 13, 2024. Motion by the appellant to vacate the dismissal of the appeals.
