Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78. Motion by Raymond A. Tierney, District Attorney, Suffolk County, for leave to intervene as a respondent in the proceeding and to waive the filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Raymond A. Tierney, District Attorney, Suffolk County, is granted leave to intervene as a respondent in the proceeding, the caption is amended accordingly, the filing fee is waived, and on or before October 15, 2024, Raymond A. Tierney, District Attorney, Suffolk County, shall serve and file an answer to the petition.
