Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both entered January 13, 2022, and an order of the same court dated January 4, 2024. Motion by the appellants Dumbo Moving & Storage, Inc. and Shalva Kunelauri to stay enforcement of the judgments, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to calendar the appeals together. Motion by nonparty-appellant Country-Wide Insurance Company to stay enforcement of the judgments, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to stay enforcement of the judgments are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to calendar the appeals together are granted, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
