Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 6, 2023, and a judgment of the same court entered December 19, 2023. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order on the ground that the appeal from the order was untimely taken. Separate motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the judgment on the ground that the appeal from the judgment was untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513).
