Motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 2221(d) for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated February 21, 2024. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 7, 2008. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 21, 2024, the respondent was disbarred and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law effective January 25, 2023, the date he was convicted of a felony (Matter of Arcadian, 225 AD3d 39).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
