| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 2221(d) for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated November 29, 2023. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 13, 2016, under the name Israel Dov Weinstein. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 29, 2023, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of five years, effective December 29, 2023 (Matter of Weinstein, 222 AD3d 76).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
