Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision and a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Mamaroneck, Westchester County, dated and entered, respectively, September 8, 2023 to punish respondent for contempt for violating a temporary stay contained in an order to show cause signed by this court on September 19, 2023.
