Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 13, 2022. By order to show cause dated July 24, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the appellants are not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
