DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 24, 2020. Motion by the respondents Randall Belinfante and Ann Marie Belinfante to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Cross-motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 21, 2024, the respondents Randall Belinfante and Ann Marie Belinfante shall serve and file their respondents' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted to the respondents Randall Belinfante and Ann Marie Belinfante; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross-motion is denied.
