Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2023. The appeal by Imperiex Construction, Inc. was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the plaintiff-appellant-respondent to extend the time to perfect his appeal.
