Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 18, 2020. Motion by the appellants to stay the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Cross-motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross-motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross-motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
