Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 12, 2021, July 7, 2021, and March 23, 2022, respectively. By order to show cause dated May 15, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated July 12, 2021, in the above-entitled action on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
