Motion by Bryan J. Escobar to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 10, 2021, and an order of the same court dated June 27, 2024, and for leave to prosecute the appeal from the order as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application decided herewith, which denied leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated June 27, 2024.
