Respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered July 29, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated August 9, 2024, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered July 29, 2024, under Family Court Docket No. F-03300-04/23AN, and
It is further ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Cara Waldman, Esq., PO Box 1701, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Steuben County Family Court Clerk provide Cara Waldman, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Steuben County Family Court Clerk.
