Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from six orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated November 2, 2022 (one order), and July 1, 2022 (five orders), respectively, and to return the subject children to the care and custody of the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
