Motion by appellants for an extension time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 26, 2022, and from a decision of the same court entered October 26, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before November 15, 2024; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by November 15, 2024, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application upon appellants in person.
